Day Publishing & Training will train and install a comprehensive, research-based, discipline management and academic motivational system that will provide a consistent policy throughout an individual campus or entire school district.

Scores will increase 30-40% and referrals decrease 50-75% in one year after installation of Vision Management©.

To provide quality, meaningful staff development that will increase teacher competence in behavior and classroom management.

1. To demonstrate the interdependence between effective behavior
   management and quality lesson performance.
2. To increase student achievement as measured by state or district scores.
3. To create a positive environment conducive to learning and teaching.
4. To reduce teacher stress as measured by pre and post Vision
   Management© school climate surveys.
5. To train parenting skills which will foster collaboration between home and school.
